Designed for those who thrive with momentum.

Meet weekly to build healthy habits, establish SMART goals, celebrate progress, and navigate challenges together. This option is ideal for individuals who are ready to stay focused, accountable, and make consistent progress over a shorter period of time.

Designed for those who prefer a slower, more sustainable pace.

Life is busy, and lasting change doesn't have to happen all at once. By meeting every other week, you'll have additional time to practice new habits, reflect on your progress, and build confidence between sessions while still receiving the same guidance, accountability, and support.
