Cooking with whole, plant-based ingredients doesn't have to be complicated. These hands-on classes are designed to build confidence in the kitchen by teaching the practical skills that make everyday plant-based cooking simple, approachable, and enjoyable.

Whether you've ever wondered what to do with tofu, how to make your own seitan, which pantry staples are worth keeping on hand, or how to prepare healthy meals ahead of time, these classes provide step-by-step guidance you can immediately put into practice at home.

Topics include everything from freezer meal preparation to easy sauces, baking substitutions, pantry essentials, and ingredient-focused classes that help remove the mystery from whole food, plant-based cooking.

Most classes will be offered live via Zoom, making it easy to join from anywhere. Select in-person workshops and special events will be offered throughout the year.
