Join instructor Patti Yost for an engaging four-week class series designed to help you take control of your health through simple, affordable, and delicious food. Each class blends practical nutrition guidance with live cooking demonstrations, helpful handouts, and tasty samples—all in a supportive, judgment-free space.

Whether you're looking to improve your energy, support a healthy weight, or better manage conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure, this series gives you the tools to make informed food choices with confidence.

Each 1-hour class includes:

  • Easy-to-understand nutrition education
  • Live cooking demos with everyday ingredients
  • Free samples and take-home recipes
  • Tips for meal planning on a budget
  • A chance to connect with others on a similar journey

Time:

All classes run from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, except the final class, which runs from 4:00 to 5:00 PM.

Fee:

$20 per class or $75 if paying in full prior to July 28th (save $5).

Payment is due one week prior to each session unless paid in full.
